Welcome to our site! We are located in Altus Oklahoma, Operation C.A.R.E. is a non-profit organization committed to providing the people of Jackson County a central clearing-house for charitable services. Our doors opened in March of 2005 and since then, we have proudly served over thousands of households. From utility bills, medical prescriptions and emergency travel funds, food, clothing and lodging; Operation C.A.R.E. is there to support our community!

 Isaiah 58:10 “Feed the hungry and help those in trouble. then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon.

Matthew 25:40 "I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me."
